On September 20, 2023 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology, as well as Mr. Peter Chien, English Instructor and Chinese Activities Leader, organized the event “Make and Eat – Asian Crafts & Snacks” for students from both programs: B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program). During the event, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, delivered a warm welcome speech to all participants at the Innovative Space.
The objective of this activity was to promote an international atmosphere, focusing on enabling international students, Thai students, and staff to learn and exchange cultural experiences while improving their English communication skills through various activities. These activities included paper folding, Thai-style pandan leaf folding, Chinese paper cutting, Chinese calligraphy, and tasting traditional Thai and Chinese dishes. The event took place at the Innovative Space and in rooms A1, A2, and A3, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
